"Any employee can be involved in a workplace accident or suffer sickness which they then attribute to their working environment"

Health and Safety Management

What is it?

Health and Safety (H&S) Management provides you with easy access to expert advice for setting up correct H&S procedures that will help you maintain a safe workplace. You can also gain quick and reliable support on individual concerns about workplace safety.

Who needs Health and Safety Management insurance?

An employee in any business, however small, can be involved in a workplace accident or suffer sickness which they then attribute to their working environment. As an employer you may be liable for any claim and will almost certainly be required to mount a costly defence.

What does a Health and Safety Management policy cover?

You will have access to legal advice and documentation that will help you to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. You will be covered for your legal costs (but not any punitive damages) in relation to actions brought against you by the Health and Safety Executive. A Health and Safety Management policy will not protect you in the event of an accident in the workplace – this would fall under your Employers’ Liability insurance.

What having Health and Safety Management means to you

By having the policy in place you can enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that you have taken every step to ensure that your employees’ working environment is safe and that you are protected in the unlikely event of any claims arising.
